Compassionate Bathroom Conversion for a Family in Need

Some projects mean so much more than bricks and mortar, and this was certainly one of them.

We were honoured to help a truly lovely couple whose lives had been turned upside down when the husband became terminally ill and could no longer manage the stairs in their home. They needed a practical solution that would allow him to remain comfortable and maintain his independence for as long as possible.

Working closely with the family, we transformed an old, unused downstairs coal shed and storage area into a beautiful, fully functional bathroom. What had once been wasted space became a warm, modern and accessible room designed to make everyday life that little bit easier during an incredibly difficult time.

From the initial design through to completion, our focus was on creating a space that was not only practical and safe but also comfortable and stylish. The finished room provided the family with peace of mind and allowed them to continue making precious memories together in the comfort of their own home.
